More than 25 years of industry experience
Kai has gained more than 25 years of leadership experience in the Chemical industry (R&D, marketing, sales, and operations). Until 2018 he led the Biocatalysis research group at BASF which has brought enzyme processes to world-scale plants.
Kai founded Baldenius Biotech Consulting in 2020 to serve Clients as an independent advisor.
